Surith Nanayakkara - Front of House Coordinator
I’m Surith and I have been with Karralyka for one year, after 15 years in hospitality, major events and airlines. I recruit, train and manage casual Front of House staff, and also undertake ordering and stock control of food and beverage, and coordinate and supervise functions and theatre.
I enjoy helping clients and patrons to plan functions, purchase tickets and access everything Karralyka has to offer.
I am passionate about food and wine and I think I am approachable, compassionate, team-oriented, organised and fun - and these are certainly important attributes in my role!
