HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL takes a look at the social strata of secondary school. It is the story of Troy and Gabrielle, from rival cliques, experiencing first love, resisting peer pressure, and finding a way to be themselves. We are reminded that we don’t have to be defined by stereotypes, and that we can have many aspects of ourselves. It’s okay to be athletic, artistic and smart all at the same time. The central message of the story is that love is universal and allows us to be the best version of ourselves.
We hope the audience enjoys the vibrant action, catchy tunes and has as much fun as they possibly can. Now it’s our turn to ‘get our head in the game’ and bring the stage to life with Gabriella, Troy and the whole cohort.
