The 2026 Norwood Secondary College Production of Sister Act is reason to REJOICE!
When fame-obsessed aspiring diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a murder committed by her mobster-boyfriend Curtis, she goes into hiding in one of the last places anyone would expect to find her: the sanctity of a convent. Even in her habit and wimple, and under the alias Sister Mary Clarence, Deloris’s foul mouth and crass behaviour are at odds with the traditional and modest values of the nuns, especially the Mother Superior!
Sister Act is a brand-new show filled with powerful gospel music, outrageous dancing, and a truly moving story. It is a sparkling tribute to the universal power of friendship, and disco balls!
