Finding us

Karralyka Centre is just 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, in Mines Road, Ringwood East.

  • By car
    Karralyka is a few minutes from the Ringwood bypass and Eastlink. Extensive parking available onsite.
  • By public transport
    Karralyka is an easy 10-minute walk from Ringwood train station (Belgrave and Lilydale lines) and Ringwood East train station (Lilydale line).

Accessibility

Karralyka is fully accessible for patrons in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. You can enter from the upper entrance off Wilson Street, or lift access is available from the Mines Road entry.

If you need a wheelchair space provided in the theatre, please let us know when booking tickets.

Where can I find information specific to the performance I am seeing?

Duration, content warnings and special effects information will be promoted on the website as the information comes to hand.  Please check the website for regular updates or contact Karralyka if you have a specific enquiry.

What dining options are available before a show?

Our kiosk bar opens at least 60 minutes before each theatre show, offering light refreshments and snacks. For a wider selection of dining options, Eastland Town Square is just a 4-minute drive away.

Can I take photos or film at Karralyka?

Every performance and event at Karralyka have their own restrictions around taking photos in the theatre and events space - we kindly ask that you abide by the signs within the venue and if you are unsure, please ask our friendly event staff prior to taking photos or filming any material at Karralyka. 

What happens if I arrive after the performance or event has started?

If you arrive after the performance has commenced you may be asked to wait for a suitable time to enter the theatre to ensure disruption to the performance is limited. 

Occasionally a performance will have a total lockout where latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has commenced. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded under these circumstances.

Refusal of admission or ejection from the venue due to inappropriate behaviour

Karralyka reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue.
